In this article, I explain How to Detox Your Body and I also share many ways to avoid toxins in the first place!!  When we get an unhealthy buildup of toxins in our body, it’s not good for our body. These excess toxins will cause physical and mental health issues like chronic fatigue, headaches, insomnia, and diseases. Many of these toxins come from things you use or consume everyday like food, water, beauty, and personal care products, and the environment. If you’re wondering why it’s so important to cleanse and detox your body, the following are a few steps to detox your body every day.

Gratitude: To detoxify your body first step is gratitude. Take the time to simply let go. Detox from negative thinking by tuning in to the things, people, and situations in your life that you are most appreciative of. This admiration leads to a healthy relationship, a healthy lifestyle, good vibrations, and eventually, you started attracting good people in your life. Just a small appreciation can change your life positively awesome.

Deep Breathing: Be grateful for what you have in your life. Deep breathing does not only calm the mind, but it also helps relax those stress responses that are pumping too much cortisol into your body, creating inflammation and toxic build-up. Start with even 5 minutes and simply focus on your breath as you close your eyes and go within. that helps you in mental focus and cleans your energy.

Tongue scraping: Another effective way to target the oral cavity for detoxification is the practice of “tongue scraping.” “Scraping the tongue daily removes any build-up on the tongue, which, if left untreated, …may house a significant number of bacteria.” Tongue scraping requires an inexpensive tool that can be purchased at most pharmacies. Stainless steel works well. The tongue should be scraped very gently from back to front.

Lime water: Hydration is very important when you wake up in the morning before you eat or drink anything else. Drinking warm lemon water fulfills your water requirement, gives you energy, and helps to remove out toxins from the body. It kicks start your metabolism. it also helps to clean your liver and gut.

Gentle stretching: Stretching not only keeps muscles and joints flexible, but it can also lower inflammation and “fight or flight” responses that can lead to chronic disease. but one way that exercise helps you eliminate toxins is through sweating. The practices of regular yoga had fewer instances of depression than those who did not. Stay motivated and detox from stress by doing a few stretches throughout the day, that boost your lymphatic flow and circulation.

Oil pulling: Oil pulling is a very powerful detoxification process that can be done with coconut, or olive oil. Swishing one tablespoon of organic coconut or olive oil around your mouth for 10-15 minutes can pull out bacterial toxins from the deepest crevices in your oral cavity. It removes badly breathe, reduce inflammation, treat tooth decay, strengthen your stomach, heart, lungs, liver, and reproductive organs.

Green Veggies and Fresh Fruits: A healthy and balanced diet is very important to cleanse your body internally. Our foods play an important role to design our feeling, emotions, and most important US. So, we should select our food wisely, as it becomes our body after consuming it. That’s why we should be aware of our food. Incorporating more fibers, vitamins and minerals can eliminate various toxic loads naturally. Focus more on green vegetables, nuts, legumes (beans, lentils), and fruits. Adding high fiber fruits to your daily routine makes you healthier. It keeps you hydrated, flushes out toxins, brings a natural glow to your skin, improves digestion, anti-aging, boosts metabolism, and enhances weight loss. Add cucumber, lemons, lime, grapefruits, berries, and mint. (sliced) Avoid high mercury fish such as tuna, mackerel, marlin, swordfish, and grouper. Also, avoid refined sugar, processed foods, alcohol, caffeine, non-organic fruits, and veggies.

Get a Good Sleep: Sleep is essential to recharge your body and mind again. All-day, we exhaust our energy, sleep is the only time when we install energy from the universe. That’s why you need to sleep 7-8 hours every night. Eat foods that help you to induce a good night’s sleep. Try few ways to enhance sleep quality – Meditation, Dilute essential oils with an air diffuser, Spray essential oil on the pillow to induce good sleep. (Lavender oil is trusted), Herbal oil massage on feet, Practice pranayama, Take a lighter meal at night, Turn off the computer, laptop, TV one before you sleep. Try these tips to induce a night of healthy deep sleep.
